Before any job, while linemen are going over the hazards they will encounter, suspension trauma is not usually the first hazard that comes to mind even though it is a serious risk. With the BuckstepTM 2.0, linemen can outfit their harness, and always have a suspension trauma prevention system at the ready in the event of a fall. The BuckstepTM 2.0 Trauma Relief System is a two-part system that will alleviate the effects of suspension trauma. After a fall, the lineman simply deploys the support system and is able to relieve pressure by repositioning the user into an upright position. This system is great for anyone regardless if they are right handed or left handed.
This lightweight system easily attaches to your harness and will not hinder mobility.
