Vaughan 606M 28 oz Hammer 10620

This 28 ounce milled-face rip hammer is made from high carbon US steel and precisely heat treated to give a specific temper to both the striking face and claw.  The striking face is milled with a waffle-like grid to increase traction to the strike surface and prevent the loss of force due to slipping on the target.
The 15” white hickory handles is CAD/CAM designed to balance the swing action with proper head to handle weight distribution. Vaughan has been making hammers for over 135 years.
