Pole Lifting Tongs 20" 40218

Lifting tongs are designed and rated to grip and lift wood poles. Lifting tongs also function as skidding tongs for dragging poles in addition to lifting. The Dixie lifting tongs are constructed from upset forged alloy steel for high strength. A hinged design allows both duckbill points to grip the pole as pulling force is applied. Dixie tongs are proof loaded to twice the working load limit and tagged with permanent metal identification label. Weight: 16.5 lbs., overall height: 23”, Working load limit at 180 degrees and jaw at 20”: 1,500 lbs.
