Klein Chicago Grip for #6 and #8 Bare Copper 1613-35
Finding the best grip to pull small copper can be challenging. Copper stretches over time becoming too thin for some grips which may cause slippage. Some smaller grips are harder to manipulate when wearing rubber gloves and are not hot latch compatible. Using a grip that's too big, too strong or too aggressive could damage the cable. Klein Tools' 1613 Series Bare Wire Chicago Grip is big enough to work with gloves but small enough to pull #6 and #8 copper without damaging it. It's just right for the job.
Pulls #6 to #8 AWG bare copper wire with max safe load of 4500-Pound (2100 kg)
Locking loop handles allow the jaws to be held in an open position for easy placement on wire or cable
