Burndy Fixed O & D Hytool Compression Tool MD78

The MD7-8 is a hand operated mechanical compression tool fitted with a permanent O and D die grooves. This tool is designed for the compression of sleeves, lugs and H-frame parallel groove connectors. The MD7-8 accepts Burndy style W type dies that clip into place over the rear D die groove. Constructed with ergonomically designed, one-piece composite polymer handles, this tool delivers 9,000 lbs of crimping force.
