Buckingham 4" Wide Hook-N-Loop Cinch Pads 3500C

Buckingham 3500C is an improved version of the popular 4" Hook-N-Loop pad. A cinch loop has been added to allow the user a better means to tighten the strap around the calf muscle. The user weaves the strap through the metal cinch loop, pulls tight and fastens with the Hook-N-Loop.
